Your pixel can be installed and still be broken.
One missing event can ruin Meta optimization and attribution. The FunnelVerify Chrome extension tests the actual customer journey instead of simply checking whether a pixel exists.

FAQ
What is FunnelVerify?
FunnelVerify is a Chrome extension for Shopify tracking. It is a Meta Pixel event tester for Shopify that checks whether browser events fire on the public storefront.
Does FunnelVerify place an order?
No. Automatic tests stop before customer or payment information. FunnelVerify never clicks Pay now and never places an order.
Does it require access to Shopify Admin?
No. It only needs a public customer-facing storefront. It does not access Shopify Admin.
Can I test a client’s store?
Yes, if you have permission. Automatic tests ask you to confirm that permission. Do not test a store without authorization.
Does it work on a custom Shopify domain?
Yes. FunnelVerify can detect standard Shopify signals on a custom storefront domain. Open the same domain your customers visit.
What events can it test automatically?
PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, and InitiateCheckout.
Can it verify Purchase?
Not automatically. Purchase is excluded from the automatic score. Use a manual test and complete a real or authorized test order if you need that event.
What happens if my cart already has an item?
The automatic test will not start. FunnelVerify will not clear a cart that already contains items. Empty the cart, then try again.
Does FunnelVerify test server-side Conversions API events?
No. It observes browser-visible Meta Pixel requests only. It does not verify CAPI, Meta attribution, or Ads Manager configuration.
What if my theme uses customized buttons?
Use manual mode, or open Settings → Automation targets to help FunnelVerify locate product, cart, and checkout controls.
Does FunnelVerify accept cookie consent for me?
No. If the store requires marketing consent, accept it yourself, then reload and run the test.
Install it. Open your store. Click Test.
Know if your tracking works before you fund the traffic.
